growing like vegetables. Then, when their bodies are complete and as they were, Allah will say: "Let the Bearers of the Throne return to life." They will return to life, and Allah will command Israfil, and he will take the Trumpet and place it to his mouth. Then Allah will say: "Let Gabriel and Michael return to life," and they will return to life. Then Allah will call for the souls and they will be brought forth; the souls of the believers will glow with light, and the others with darkness. Allah will gather them all together and then cast them into the Trumpet. Then He will command Israfil to blow the blast of the resurrection, and the souls will emerge like bees, having filled what is between the heaven and the earth. He will then say: "By My might and My majesty, every soul shall return to its body." The souls will enter into the earth and into the bodies; they will enter into the nostrils and then move through the bodies just as poison moves through the stung. Then the earth will split open from upon you—and I am the first for whom the earth will split open—and you will emerge from it, racing to your Lord. "[They will be] hastening towards the Caller; the disbelievers will say, 'This is a difficult day,'" barefoot, naked, uncircumcised, and without belongings.

While we were standing, we heard a intense sound from the sky. The inhabitants of the lowest heaven will descend, twice as many as those on earth of jinn and mankind. When they draw near to the earth, the earth will shine with their light. Then the inhabitants of the second heaven will descend, twice as many as the angels who descended, and twice as many as the jinn and mankind therein. When they draw near to the earth, the earth will shine with their light and they will take their ranks. Then the inhabitants of the third heaven will descend, with twice as many as those who descended of the angels and twice as many as those in it of jinn and mankind. When they draw near to the earth, the earth will shine with their light and they will take their ranks. Then they will continue to descend in that manner, multiplying up to the seven heavens. Then the Almighty will descend in shadows of clouds, and on that day, eight will carry His Throne, whereas today they are four; their feet will be upon the lowest boundary of the earth, and the earths and heavens will reach to their waists, while the Throne is upon their shoulders. They will have a roar with glorification, saying: "Glory be to the Possessor of Might and Sovereignty, glory be to the Possessor of the Kingdom and the Dominion, glory be to the Living Who does not die, glory be to the One Who causes the creatures to die and does not die. Exalted and Holy is the Lord of the angels and the Spirit, glory be to our Most High Lord Who causes the creatures to die and does not die."

He will place His Throne wherever He wills on the earth. Then He will call out with His voice, saying: "O assembly of jinn and mankind, I have been silent for you from the day I created you until this day of yours, listening to your speech and watching your deeds, so listen to Me. For it is but your deeds and your records being read to you. Whoever finds good, let him praise Allah, and whoever finds other than that, let him blame none but himself." Then Allah will command Hell, and there will emerge from it a brilliant, dark neck. Then He will say: "Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you should not worship Satan? Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy. And that you should worship Me? This is a straight path," up to His saying: "And [He will say], 'Distinguish yourselves today, O criminals.'" He will distinguish between the people, and the nations will fall to their knees. He said: "You will see every nation kneeling, every nation being called to its book, and they will stand for a period of seventy years without Him judging between them. They will weep until tears are exhausted, then they will shed blood, and they will sweat until it reaches them to the point that the sweat bridles them and reaches their chins."
