الترجمة · EN

two angels who record his good and bad deeds. When death approaches him, those two angels ascend, and the Angel of Death comes to take his soul. When he is placed in his grave, his soul is returned to his body, and the two angels of the grave come to him and examine him, then they ascend. When the Hour occurs, the Angel of Good Deeds and the Angel of Bad Deeds descend upon him and spread out a book fastened around his neck, then they appear with him, one as a driver and the other as a witness. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, there is an immense matter before you that you cannot grasp, so seek help from Allah the Great."(1)

His saying, the Almighty: "You were in heedlessness of this."

18637 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying, "You were in heedlessness of this," he said: He is the disbeliever.(2)

His saying, the Almighty: "So We have removed from you your veil."

18638 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying, "So We have removed from you your veil," he said: Life after death.(3)

His saying, the Almighty: "Do not dispute before Me, while I had already presented to you the warning."

18639 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying, "Do not dispute before Me," he said: They offered excuses without a valid excuse, so Allah invalidated their argument against them and rejected their speech.(4)

18640 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying, "Do not dispute before Me," he said: Before Me. "While I had already presented to you the warning," he said: On the tongues of the Messengers, that whoever disobeys Me, I will punish him.

His saying, the Almighty: "And I am not ever unjust to [My] servants."(5)

18641 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying, "And I am not ever unjust to [My] servants," he said: I am not one to punish those who did not disobey; and Allah knows best.

His saying, the Almighty: "The Day We will say to Hell, 'Have you been filled?' and it will say, 'Are there any more?'"(6)

18642 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying, "The Day We will say to Hell, 'Have you been filled?' and it will say, 'Are there any more?'" he said: Is there any space remaining in me to be added to?(7)
