This is a Hasan Gharib (good but unique) hadith. It is also narrated by al-Nasa'i in "Al-Kubra", Book of the Treatment of Wives, Chapter: "Description of the man's fluid and the description of the woman's fluid". Also in Tafsir 'Abd al-Razzaq (1/132).
His statement: "zaqqa" means crying/shouting.
