: 1592: That: 2: Sa'id ibn Abi 'Aruba reported from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

"I do not absolve a man who kills after having accepted blood money." He means: I do not accept the blood money from him, rather I shall execute him.

Narrated by Ibn 'Adi in "al-Kamil" (6/2392), and in one of his narrations (3/1261) he added: "after his pardon." And al-Manthur (1/173), and 'Abd al-Razzaq (18200).

: 1594: Mujahid: 3: Tafsir Mujahid: (1/95).

298: 1598: The Reprehensible (al-Munkar): 1: Ibn Kathir said: This noble verse includes the command to make a bequest to parents and close relatives. This was considered obligatory according to the most correct of the two opinions before the revelation of the inheritance verse. When the verse regarding obligatory shares (al-Fara'id) was revealed, it abrogated this [verse], and the fixed inheritance shares became an obligation from Allah, which the entitled heirs take definitively without the need for a bequest or the burden of the testator. For this reason, it came in the Hadith which is in the Sunan and others from 'Amr ibn Kharijah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)

preaching while he was saying: "Verily, Allah has given everyone entitled to a right his right, so there is no bequest for an heir."
