ikarb al-Kindi that he sat with 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit, Abu al-Darda', and al-Harith ibn Mu'awiyah al-Kindi—may Allah be pleased with them all—and they discussed the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Abu al-Darda' said to 'Ubadah: "O 'Ubadah, [what about] the words of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in such and such a military campaign regarding the fifths?" 'Ubadah said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed with them in a campaign, [holding] a hair from the spoils. When he finished the prayer, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up with the hair between his fingertips and said: "This is part of your spoils; I have no share in it except my portion with you, which is the fifth, and the fifth is returned to you. So, return even the thread and the needle [if taken from the spoils], and even things smaller or larger than that. Do not commit Ghulul (stealing from the spoils), for Ghulul is a disgrace and a fire for those who commit it in this world and the hereafter. Strive against the people for the sake of Allah, the near and the far, and do not fear for the sake of Allah the blame of any critic. Establish the limits (hudud) of Allah in travel and at home, for Jihad is a great door among the doors of Paradise, through which Allah saves one from worry and distress."

1706: 9100: The division: 1: For this reason, it came in the Two Sahihs from the Hadith of 'Abd Allah ibn 'Abbas, in the Hadith of the delegation of 'Abd al-Qays, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to them: "I command you to do four things and forbid you from four: I command you to believe in Allah—then he said: Do you know what believing in Allah is?
"It is the testimony that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, performing prayer, paying Zakat, and that you pay the fifth of the spoils."
رقم الصفحة: رقم الحديث: لفظ التخريج: أرقام التخريج بالصفحة: التحقيقات:::: يكرب الكندي أنه جلس مع عبادة بن الصامت وأبي الدرداء والحارث بن معاوية الكندي- رضي الله عنهم- فتذاكروا حديث رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أبو الدرداء لعبادة: يا عبادة كلمات رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غزوة كذا وكذا في شأن الأخماس، فقال عُبَادَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صلى بهم في غزوة إلى بعير من المغنم فلما سلم قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وبرة بين أنمليته فقال: «إن هذه من غنائمكم، وإنه ليس لي فيها إلا نصيبي معكم الخمس، والخمس مردود عليكم، فأدوا الخيط والمخيط وأكبر من ذلك وأصغر، ولا تغلوا فإن الغلول عار ونار على أصحابه في الدنيا والآخرة، وجاهدوا الناس في الله القريب والبعيد، ولا تبالوا في الله لومة لائم، وأقيموا حدود الله في السفر والحضر، فإن الجهاد باب من أبواب الجنة عظيم ينجي الله به من الهم والغم» .

١٧٠٦: ٩١٠٠: القسمة: ١: ولهذا جاء في الصحيحين من حديث عبد الله بن عباس في حديث وقد عبد القيس أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لهم: «وآمركم بأربع وأنهاكم عن أربع: آمركم بالإيمان بالله- ثم قال: هل تدرون ما الإيمان بالله؟
شهادة أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّداً رسول الله، وإقام الصلاة، وإيتاء الزكاة، وأن تؤدوا الخمس من المغنم» .
