3079: 17414: After: 1: Tafsir Ibn Kathir: (3/420).

: 17416: For tomorrow: 2: It is reported in the Sahih from the Prophet (peace be upon him): "If you were to rely upon Allah with the reliance due to Him, He would provide for you as He provides for the birds: they go out hungry in the morning and return with full bellies."

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (H/2344), Ibn Majah (H/4164), Ahmad (1/52), al-Qurtubi (13/16), Ibn Hibban (2548), al-Masir (8/292), al-Khafa' (2/218), al-Mishkat (5299), al-Kanz (5684), Ithaf (9/388), Ibn al-Mubarak in "al-Zuhd" (196), al-Sahihah (310), and Ibn Kathir (8/206).

3080: 17425: Except amusement: 1: His saying, the Almighty: "And this worldly life is not but diversion" meaning: something one is diverted by and plays with. Meaning: what Allah has given the wealthy of this world is nothing but that which dissipates and vanishes, like a game that has no reality or stability.

3081: 17430: The Hereafter: 1: His saying, the Almighty: "And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the life [eternal]" meaning: the home of lasting life that does not vanish and in which there is no death.

3082: 17435: His saying...: 1: Not understandable in the "original manuscript".

: 17436: They associate: 2: His saying, the Almighty: "When they associate" so that the fruit of their associating is that they deny the favors of Allah and enjoy this world.

: 17445: A lie: 2: Al-Qurtubi said in the interpretation of this verse: Meaning: there is no one more unjust than he who attributed to Allah a partner and a child.
