This was narrated from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri. Ka'b al-Ahbar said: "Their shoulders are leveled—by the Lord of the Ka'bah—and they are ranked by their deeds."

He informed that the hypocrite recites it, and the Truth (Glorified and Exalted is He) informed that the hypocrite is in the lowest depth of the Fire, and many of the disbelievers—the Jews and Christians—recite it in this time of ours.
