Al-Dhahabi mentioned him in "Al-Mizan" and did not mention that anyone weakened him, but rather he mentioned this hadith for him and weakened him through it, and Allah knows best. Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Al-Thiqat (The Trustworthy Ones).
