His saying: Alladhina yunfiquna amwalahum fi sabili Allahi thumma la yutbi'una ma anfaqu mannan wa-la adhan (Those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah and then do not follow up what they have spent with reminders [of it] or [other] injury): 262: 2/516. His saying: Qawlun ma'ruf wa-maghfiratun khayrun min sadaqatin yatba'uha adhan (Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury): 2/517.
