al-Marwudhi, Shayban b. 'Abd al-Rahman reported to us, from Qatada, regarding His saying: "as He wills," he said: "Male or female, red, black, perfect, or imperfect in creation."

His saying (the Exalted): "There is no deity except Him."

3160 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Minjab reported to us, Bishr b. 'Umarah informed us, from Abu Rawq, from al-Dahhak, from Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "There is no deity except Him," he said: "Tawhid (declaring the oneness of God)."

His saying: "The Exalted in Might."

3161 - Muhammad b. Yahya narrated to us, Abu Ghassan informed us, Salama reported to us, Muhammad b. Ishaq said regarding His saying: "The Exalted in Might in His victory over whoever disbelieves in Him when He wills."

3162 - 'Isam b. Rawwad narrated to us, Adam reported to us, Abu Ja'far reported to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliya, regarding His saying (the Exalted): "The Exalted in Might," he says: "Mighty in His vengeance when He takes retribution."

His saying (the Exalted): "The Wise in His proof and His argument to His servants."

3163 - Muhammad b. Yahya narrated to us, Abu Ghassan informed us, Salama reported to us, he said: Muhammad b. Ishaq said regarding His saying: "The Wise in His proof and His argument to His servants."

3164 - 'Isam b. Rawwad narrated to us, Adam reported to us, Abu Ja'far reported to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliya: "The Exalted in Might, the Wise," he said: "Wise in His command."

His saying (the Exalted): "It is He who has sent down to you, the Book."

3165 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Ibn 'Abd Allah b. Bukayr reported to us, 'Abd Allah b. Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' b. Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id b. Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "It is He who has sent down to you, the Book," meaning: The Quran.

3166 - My father narrated to us, al-Hasan b. al-Rabi' reported to us, Ibn Idris reported to us, from Ishaq, from Muhammad b. Ja'far b. al-Zubayr and others among the scholars: "It is He who has sent down to you, the Book," with the description of what He has described of Himself, His justice, and His uniqueness in creation apart from anyone else among them, as an immunity for the servants, a crushing blow to the adversaries and falsehood, and the proof of the Lord.
