His saying, the Exalted: "And We will admit them to a deeply shaded garden (shadow)"
5511 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Ja'far narrated to us, from his father, from al-Rabi', he said: Allah the Exalted says: "And We will admit them to a deeply shaded garden," and it is the shadow of the Throne, which never wanes.
His saying, the Exalted: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due"
5512 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Ahmasi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Abd Allah ibn al-Sa'ib, from Zadan, from 'Abd Allah ibn Mas'ud, he said: Indeed, martyrdom expiates every sin except for the trust (al-amanah). A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection, even if he were killed in the path of Allah, and it will be said: "Render your trust." He will say: "How shall I render it, when the world has passed away?" Then the trust will be made to appear to him in the bottom of Hell, so he will plunge towards it and carry it upon his shoulder. He said: It will descend upon his shoulder, and he will plummet in its pursuit for ever and ever. Zadan said: So I went to al-Bara' and recounted it to him, and he said: "My brother has spoken the truth: 'Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due.'" 5513 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Tamim ibn al-Muntasir narrated to us, Ishaq al-Azraq narrated to us, from Sharik, from al-A'mash, from 'Abd Allah ibn al-Sa'ib, from Zadan, from 'Abd Allah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), similar to the hadith of Sufyan al-Thawri, and I met al-Bara'. Sharik said: 'Ayyash al-'Amiri narrated to us, from Zadan, from 'Abd Allah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) similarly, and he did not mention within it the trust in prayer; and the trust encompasses all things.
5514 - Al-Ahmasi narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ibn Abi Layla, from a man, from Ibn 'Abbas, regarding His saying: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due," he said: "It is general for the righteous and the wicked." It was reported from Ibn al-Hanafiyyah that he said: "It is applicable to the righteous and the wicked."
5515 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Ja'far narrated to us, from his father, from al-Rabi', regarding the saying of Allah the Exalted: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due," he said: "These are the trusts between you and the people, in wealth and other things."
5516 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, Abu Ja'far al-Razi narrated to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah, he said: "The trust is what they were commanded to do and what they were forbidden from."
