4212 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Hammad narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from al-Suddi regarding His saying: "and guidance," he said: Light.
And the fourth interpretation:
4213 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Bukayr narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "and guidance," meaning: A clarification.
His saying, the Exalted: "and an admonition"
4214 - Al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Rabi' narrated to us, 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us, al-Thawri informed us, from Bayan, from al-Sha'bi regarding His saying: "and an admonition," he said: An admonition from ignorance.
His saying, the Exalted: "for those who fear Allah"
4215 - Sahl ibn 'Uthman narrated to us, al-Muharibi narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Dawud ibn al-Husayn, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas: "and an admonition for those who fear Allah," those who come after them until the Day of Resurrection.
4216 - 'Isam ibn Rawwad narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Abu Ja'far narrated to us, from al-Rabi', from Abu al-'Aliyah regarding "and an admonition for those who fear Allah," he said: An admonition for those who fear Allah specifically. It was also narrated from Qatadah similar to that.
4217 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas narrated to us, Salamah narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq said regarding "and an admonition for those who fear Allah," he said: For those who obeyed Me and knew My command.
4218 - Al-Hasan ibn Ahmad narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Bashshar narrated to us, Surur ibn al-Mughirah narrated to us, from 'Abbad ibn Mansur, from al-Hasan regarding "and an admonition for those who fear Allah," He warns them so that they may fear the favor of Allah and beware of it. It was also narrated from 'Atiyyah and al-Suddi, they both said: For the nation of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
His saying: "So do not weaken"
4219 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding His saying: "So do not weaken," he said: Do not grow feeble. It was also narrated from Muqatil ibn Hayyan and al-Rabi' ibn Anas similarly.

٤٢١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَوْلَهُ: وَمَوْعِظَةٌ قَالَ: مَوْعِظَةٌ مِنَ الْجَهْلِ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
٤٢١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَمَوْعِظَةً لِلْمُتَّقِينَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ.
٤٢١٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامُ بْنُ رَوَّادٍ، ثنا آدَمُ، ثنا أَبُو جفر، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ وَمَوْعِظَةً لِلْمُتَّقِينَ قَالَ: مَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ خَاصَّةً. وَرُوِيَ عَنِ قَتَادَةَ نَحْوُ ذَلِكَ.
٤٢١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا سَلَمَةُ قَالَ: قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ:
وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ قَالَ: لِمَنْ أَطَاعَنِي وَعَرَفَ أَمْرِي.
٤٢١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَشَّارٍ، ثنا سُرُورُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ يَعِدُهُمْ فَيَتَّقُوا نعْمَةَ اللَّهِ وَيَحْذُونَهَا. وَرُوِيَ عَنِ عَطِيَّةَ وَالسُّدِّيِّ قَالا: لأُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلم.
قوله: وَلا تَهِنُوا
٤٢١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ «١» قَوْلَهُ: وَلا تَهِنُوا قَالَ: لَا تَضْعُفُوا. وَرُوِيَ عَنِ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ. وَالرَّبِيعِ ابن أنس مثل ذلك.
