تفسير ابن أبي حاتم
مجلد 5 · صفحة 38قوله تعالى: ومن جاء بالسيئة

الترجمة · EN

8167 - Abu Zur‘ah told us, ‘Ubayd Allah ibn ‘Umar al-Qawariri told us, Yazid ibn Zuray‘ told us, Habib al-Mu‘allim told us from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb from his father from his grandfather that the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Three people attend the Jumu‘ah (Friday prayer): A man who attends it while speaking frivolously, that is his share of it. A man who attends it with supplication, he is a man who supplicated to Allah, so if He wills, He gives him, and if He wills, He withholds from him. And a man who attends it with silence and quiet, and he does not step over the neck of a Muslim, and he does not harm anyone, so it is an expiation for him until the following Friday, and an additional three days. And that is because Allah (the Almighty and Majestic) says: 'Whoever comes with a good deed, then for him is ten times like it.'"

8168 - My father told us, ‘Abd Allah ibn Salih al-‘Ijli told us, Fudayl ibn Marzuq told us from ‘Atiyyah al-‘Awfi, ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Umar narrated to me that he said: "This verse 'Whoever comes with a good deed, then for him is ten times like it' was revealed concerning the Bedouins, and the multiplication is for the Emigrants (Muhajirin)."

8169 - My father told us, Fadl ibn Sahl al-A‘raj told us, ‘Arim told us, Sa‘id ibn Zayd told us from Sa‘id al-Jurayri from al-Muharrar ibn Abi Hurayrah from his father, Abu Hurayrah, who said: "What do you say concerning: 'Whoever comes with a good deed, then for him is ten times like it.' For whom is it?" We said: "For the Muslims." He said: "No, by Allah, it is only for the Bedouins in particular; as for the Emigrants, it is seven hundred."

[His saying, the Almighty: "And whoever comes with an evil deed"]

8170 - Muhammad ibn ‘Aziz al-Ayli told us, Salamah narrated to me from ‘Aqil from Ibn Shihab who said: ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Amir said: "My companions met me and said: The Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said:"

"And whoever comes with an evil deed," he said: "It is the word of shirk (polytheism)."

8171 - My father told us, Abu Salih the scribe of al-Layth told us, Mu‘awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me from ‘Ali ibn Abi Talhah from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding His saying: "And whoever comes with an evil deed," he said: "It is shirk." The same was narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Mas‘ud, Anas ibn Malik, Abu Wa’il, ‘Ata’, al-Hasan, Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, ‘Ikrimah, al-Nakha‘i, Abu Salih, al-Zuhri, Zayd ibn Aslam, Muhammad ibn Ka‘b al-Qurazi, al-Suddi, Qatadah, and al-Dahhak.
