12833 - From Ibn Abbas, he said regarding His saying: "And the enduring righteous deeds" and "And good deeds remove evil deeds," [they are] the five prayers.

12834 - From Qatada, that he was asked about "the enduring righteous deeds," and he said: "Everything for which the Face of Allah is intended."

His saying: "Better with your Lord for reward."

12835 - From Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding His saying: "Better with your Lord for reward," he said: "Better as a recompense than the recompense of the polytheists."

His saying: "And better in hope."

12836 - From Qatada regarding His saying: "And better in hope," he said: "Indeed, every worker has a hope he aspires to, and the believer is the best of people in hope."

His saying: "And you will see the earth prominent."

12837 - From Mujahid regarding His saying: "And you will see the earth prominent," he said: "It has no structures or landmarks on it."

12838 - From Qatada regarding His saying: "And you will see the earth prominent," he said: "There is no building or tree upon it."

12839 - From Ibn Abbas regarding the verse, he said: "The minor [sin] is smiling in mockery of the believers, and the major [sin] is laughing out loud at that."
