الترجمة · EN

13492 - From Abu Mijlaz regarding His saying: "Whoever incurs My wrath," he said: "His wrath is one of His creations; it calls out to Him and speaks to Him."

The Saying of the Exalted: "He has fallen into ruin."

13493 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding His saying: "He has fallen into ruin," he said: "He has become wretched."

13494 - From Saqiy ibn Mani' that in Hell there is a precipice from which the disbeliever is cast; he falls in Hell for forty years before he reaches the bottom. That is His saying: "Whoever incurs My wrath, he has fallen into ruin."

The Saying of the Exalted: "And indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents."

13495 - From Ibn 'Abbas regarding "And indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents," he said: "From shirk (polytheism)," and "and believes," he said: "He has declared the oneness of Allah," and "and does righteousness," he said: "He performed the obligatory acts of worship," and "then continues to be guided," he said: "He did not doubt."

The Saying of the Exalted: "...continues to be guided."

13496 - From Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding His saying: "then continues to be guided," he said: "Then he remained steadfast on the path of the Sunnah and the Jama'ah."

13497 - From my father, who said: 'Abdullah ibn Raja' narrated to us, [who said] Israel informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Umarah ibn 'Abd and Abu 'Abd al-Rahman, from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: "When Moses hastened to his Lord, the Samiri gathered whatever he could of the jewelry of the women of the Children of Israel, then he fashioned it into a calf." He said: "Moses then went to the calf and placed files on it and filed it down [while it was] on the bank of a river. No one who had worshipped the calf drank of the water without his face turning yellow like gold. They said to Moses: 'What is our repentance?' He said: 'That you slay one another.'"

13498 - From 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: "When Moses hastened to his Lord, the Samiri gathered whatever he could of the jewelry of the Children of Israel and struck it into a calf. Then he threw the handful into its interior, and it became a calf of flesh that lowed. The Samiri said to them: 'This is your god and the god of Moses.' Harun said to them: 'O my people, did your Lord not promise you a good promise?' When Moses came, he took hold of the head of his brother."
