14454 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Ahmasi narrated to us, [saying]: Waki' reported, from Sufyan, from Jabir, from 'Amir, regarding his saying: "Then make a contract with them," he said: If he wishes, he may make a contract with his slave, and if he wishes, he may not.
