upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah," then he invokes for himself and performs the Taslim.
His saying, the Almighty: "blessed, pure"
14907 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah reported to us, 'Abd Allah ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, 'Ata' ibn Dinar narrated to me, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "a greeting from Allah, blessed, pure," he means: whoever greets his brother, it is a blessed, pure greeting, meaning [it is] good.
His saying, the Almighty: "Thus does Allah make clear to you the signs"
14908 - By it, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr regarding the saying of Allah: "Thus does Allah make clear to you the signs," meaning what He mentioned in this verse.
His saying, the Almighty: "that you might understand"
14909 - Abu Yazid al-Qaratisi informed us in what he wrote to me, Asbagh reported to us, he said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd regarding His saying: "that you might understand," he said: [that is] that you might contemplate.
His saying, the Almighty: "The believers are only those who have believed in Allah"
14910 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Yahya reported to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to me, from 'Ata', from Sa'id regarding His saying: "believed in Allah," meaning [believed] in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger, meaning they acknowledge Muhammad (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) as a Prophet and a Messenger.
His saying, the Almighty: "and when they are with him upon a matter of common interest"
14911 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Abu Nu'aym reported to us, from Sufyan, from Salim al-Aftas, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr: "And when they are with him upon a matter of common interest, they do not go away until they ask his permission," he said: [This refers to] in war and the like.
14912 - My father narrated to us, Abu Tawbah reported to us, Suwayd ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz reported to us, from Thabit ibn al-'Ajlan, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr and Ibn Abi Mulaykah regarding His saying: "And when they are with him upon a matter of common interest" - the verse - he said: Meaning in Jihad, the Friday [prayer], and the two 'Ids.
14913 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Musaddad reported to us, Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah reported to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from
عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلامُ علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين، ثم يدعوا لِنَفْسِهِ وَيُسَلِّمُ.
قوله تعالى: مُبَارَكَةً طَيِّبَةً
١٤٩٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: تَحِيَّةً مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ مُبَارَكَةً طَيِّبَةً يَعْنِى مَنْ سَلَّمَ عَلَى أَخِيهِ فَهِيَ تَحِيَّةٌ مُبَارَكَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ يَعْنِى حَسَنَةً.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الآيَاتِ
١٤٩٠٨ - بِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ: كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الآيَاتِ يَعْنِي مَا ذَكَرَ فِي هَذِهِ الآيَةِ.
قَوْلُهُ تعالى: لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
١٤٩٠٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، أَنْبَأَ أَصْبَغُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ زَيْدِ في قوله: تعقلون قَالَ: تَتَفَكَّرُونَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ
١٤٩١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ قَوْلُهُ: آمَنُوا بِاللَّهِ يَعْنِى بِتَوْحِيدِ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ يَعْنِى يُصَدِّقُونَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَبِيٌّ وَرَسُولٌ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَإِذَا كَانُوا مَعَهُ عَلَى أَمْرٍ جامع
١٤٩١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ الأَفْطَسُ عَنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَإِذَا كَانُوا مَعَهُ عَلَى أَمْرٍ جَامِعٍ لَمْ يَذْهَبُوا حَتَّى يَسْتَأْذِنُوهُ قَالَ: فِي الْحَرْبِ وَنَحْوِهِ.
١٤٩١٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ، ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الْعَجْلانِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَإِذَا كانوا معه على أمر جامع الْآيَةَ قَالَ: يَعْنِى: فِي الْجِهَادِ وَالْجُمُعَةِ وَالْعِيدَيْنِ.
