15333 - My father narrated to us, al-Mu‘alla ibn Asad reported to us, Muhammad ibn Sawa’ reported to us, Juwaybir reported to us, from al-Dahhak regarding His saying: "Or desires gratitude," he said: "Obedience."

His saying, the Almighty: "And the servants of the Most Merciful"

15334 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih reported to us, Mu‘awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me, from ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding His saying: "And the servants of the Most Merciful," he said: "They are the believers, who walk upon the earth easily."

His saying, the Almighty: "Those who walk"

15335 - My father narrated to us, ‘Amr ibn ‘Ali reported to us, ‘Isa ibn Khalid al-Khurasani reported to us, Abu Sinan reported to us, from al-Dahhak ibn Muzahim regarding His saying: "...walk upon the earth," he said: "They walk, acting upon the earth."

His saying, the Almighty: "Easily"

15336 - My father narrated to us, Abu Ghassan reported to us, Isra’il reported to us, from Muslim Bayya’ al-Mula’i, from Mujahid, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding: "...walk upon the earth easily," he said: "Knowledgeable and forbearing."

15337 - Abu Sa‘id al-Ashaj narrated to us, al-Muharibi reported to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak: "Easily," he said: "Chaste, righteous, and forbearing."

15338 - Ahmad ibn Sinan narrated to us, ‘Abd al-Rahman reported to us, from Abu al-Ashhab, from al-Hasan regarding: "...walk upon the earth easily," he said: "Forbearing." It was also narrated from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr in one of the narrations and from Maymun ibn Mihran similarly to the saying of al-Hasan.

15339 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih ibn Ziyad al-Raqqi reported to us, Yahya ibn Sa‘id al-Himsi reported to us, al-Nadr ibn ‘Arabi reported to us, from Maymun ibn Mihran regarding His saying: "Easily," he said: "Forbearing in the Syriac language."

15340 - My father narrated to us, Abu Salih reported to us, Mu‘awiyah ibn Salih narrated to me, from ‘Ali ibn Abi Talhah, from Ibn ‘Abbas regarding His saying: "Easily," he said: "With obedience, chastity, and humility."

15341 - ‘Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, al-Muqaddami reported to us, ‘Amir ibn Salih reported to us, from his father, from Abu ‘Imran al-Jawni regarding: "...walk upon the earth easily," he said: "In the Hebrew language: they walk upon the earth as forbearing people."
