15730 - My father narrated to us, Ali ibn Muhammad al-Tanafisi reported to us, Abu Usamah reported to us, from Abu Hamzah al-Thumali—not one person narrated to me, from Yahya ibn 'Uqayl, he said: Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Wealth and children are the tillage of the world, and righteous deeds are the tillage of the Hereafter, and Allah may combine both of them for some people."

15731 - My father narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad al-Qattan al-Raqqi reported to us, Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham reported to us, he said: I heard al-Thawri saying: "Wealth (mal) is only called 'mal' because it causes people to incline (yamilu) [toward it]."

15732 - My father narrated to us, Muslim ibn Ibrahim reported to us, Yahya ibn 'Amr reported to us, my father reported to us, from Abu al-Jawza', from Ibn 'Abbas regarding "except for one who comes to Allah with a sound heart," he said: "The testimony that there is no god but Allah."

15733 - Abu Sa'id al-Ashajj narrated to us, Abu Usamah reported to us, from 'Awf, he said: I said to Muhammad ibn Sirin: "What is the sound heart?" He said: "[One who] knows that Allah is Truth, that the Hour is coming, and that Allah will resurrect those who are in the graves."

15734 - My father narrated to us, Ibn Nufayl reported to us, 'Uthman ibn 'Abd al-Rahman reported to us, from al-Thawri, from Layth, from Mujahid, regarding "except for one who comes to Allah with a sound heart," [he said]: "Sound from shirk (polytheism)."

15735 - Al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn 'Abd Allah al-Harawi reported to us, Hajjaj reported to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Mujahid, regarding "a sound heart," [he said]: "In which there is no doubt regarding the Truth."

15736 - My father narrated to us, Haywah ibn Shurayh reported to us, Ibn Humayrah reported to us, from Jasr, from al-Hasan, regarding His saying: "except for one who comes to Allah with a sound heart," he said: "Sound from shirk."

15737 - Abu Yazid al-Qaratisi informed us in what he wrote to me, Asbagh ibn al-Faraj reported to us, he said: I heard 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd regarding His saying: "except for one who comes to Allah with a sound heart," he said: "Sound from shirk; as for sins, no one is safe from them."

15738 - My father narrated to us, Haywah ibn Shurayh reported to us, Marwan ibn Mu'awiyah reported to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, regarding "a sound heart," he said: "Sincere."
