17219 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-‘Abbas ibn al-Walid reported to us, Yazid ibn Zuray‘ reported to us, Sa‘id reported to us, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "And if you [people] deny, then nations before you have [also] denied," he said: He is consoling His Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
His saying, the Exalted: "And there is not upon the Messenger except the clear conveyance."
17220 - Abu Zur‘ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn ‘Abd Allah reported to us, Ibn Lahi‘ah narrated to me, ‘Ata’ narrated to me, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr: "The clear [al-mubin]" means the manifest [al-bayyin].
His saying, the Exalted: "Have they not seen how Allah originates the creation and then repeats it?"
17221 - Abu ‘Abd Allah al-Tahrani informed us in what he wrote to me, Isma‘il ibn ‘Abd al-Karim reported to us, ‘Abd al-Samad ibn Ma‘qil narrated to me that he heard Wahb saying: Allah created Adam as He willed and from what He willed, and it was so. Blessed be Allah, the best of creators. He was created from dust and water—the hadith in its entirety has preceded.
17222 - My father narrated to us, Ahmad ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Dashtaki reported to us, ‘Abd Allah ibn Abi Ja‘far reported to us, from his father, from al-Rabi‘ ibn Anas regarding His saying: "Have they not seen how Allah originates the creation and then repeats it?" They contemplated how Allah originates the creation, the creation of their own selves, then He returns them to the dust.
17223 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-‘Abbas ibn al-Walid informed us, Yazid ibn Zuray‘ reported to us, he said: I heard Sa‘id, from Qatadah regarding His saying: "Have they not seen how Allah originates the creation [and then repeats it]" after death—the resurrection.
His saying, the Exalted: "Indeed, that is easy for Allah."
17224 - Abu Zur‘ah narrated to us, Yahya ibn ‘Abd Allah reported to us, Ibn Lahi‘ah narrated to me, ‘Ata’ narrated to me, from Sa‘id ibn Jubayr, he said: Ibn ‘Abbas said regarding His saying: "Easy" [yasir]—meaning simple [hayyin].

١٧٢١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قتادة قوله: إن تُكَذِّبُوا فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أُمَمٌ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ قَالَ: يُعَزِّي نَبِيَّهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلا الْبَلاغُ الْمُبِينُ
١٧٢٢٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ الْمُبِينُ يَعْنِي الْبَيِّنُ.
قَوْلُه تَعَالَى: أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَيْفَ يُبْدِئُ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ
١٧٢٢١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الطِّهْرَانِيُّ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ وَهْبًا يَقُولُ: خَلَقَ اللَّهُ آدَمَ كَمَا شَاءَ وَمِمَّا شَاءَ، فَكَانَ كَذَلِكَ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ، خُلِقَ مِنَ التُّرَابِ وَالْمَاءِ- الْحَدِيثُ بِطُولِهِ قَدْ تَقَدَّمَ.
١٧٢٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّشْتَكِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ: أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَيْفَ يُبْدِئُ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ قَدَّرُوا كَيْفَ يبدي اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ، خَلْقَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُمْ إِلَى التُّرَابِ.
١٧٢٢٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدًا، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَوْلُهُ: أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَيْفَ يُبْدِئُ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ، الْبَعْثُ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
١٧٢٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، في قوله: يسير يعني هينا.
