His saying the Almighty: "Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."
16038 - I read to Muhammad ibn al-Fadl: Muhammad ibn 'Ali narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Muzahim narrated to us: Bukayr ibn Ma'ruf narrated to us, from Muqatil ibn Hayyan, regarding His saying: "Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing," [he said]: "He knows their private counsel and hears their speech, then He will inform them on the Day of Resurrection of everything they uttered, whether evil or good."
His saying the Almighty: "Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?"
16039 - 'Ali ibn Harb al-Ta'i al-Mawsili narrated to us: al-Qasim ibn Yazid narrated to us: Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Sa'id ibn Wahb, who said: "al-Mukhtar was mentioned in the presence of Ibn al-Zubayr, and they said: 'He says: It is revealed to me.' He replied: 'He speaks the truth,' then he recited: 'Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend? They descend upon every sinful liar.'"
His saying the Almighty: "They descend upon every sinful liar."
16040 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us: Shababah narrated to us: Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "Sinful liar," [he said]: "A liar from among the people."
16041 - Abu 'Abd Allah al-Tahrani Muhammad ibn Hammad informed us, in what he wrote to me: 'Abd al-Razzaq ibn Hammam informed us: Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah, regarding His saying: "Every sinful liar," he said: "They are the soothsayers."
His saying the Almighty: "They cast what they heard."
16042 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us: Shababah narrated to us: Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "They cast what they heard," [he said]: "The devil, whatever he has heard, he casts it upon every sinful liar."
16043 - Abu 'Abd Allah al-Tahrani informed us by writing: 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us: Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah, meaning His saying: "They cast what they heard," he said: "They are the soothsayers; the jinn steal a hearing, then they come to their allies among the humans."
16044 - al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan narrated to us: Ibrahim ibn 'Abd Allah al-Harawi narrated to us: Hajjaj narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Mujahid, [regarding] "They cast what they heard," [he said]: "The speech."
His saying the Almighty: "And most of them are liars."
16045 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us: al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid informed us: Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us: Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, regarding His saying: "And most of them are liars," he said: "The devils used to listen to the heaven."
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
١٦٠٣٨ - قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُزَاحِمٍ، ثنا بُكَيْرُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ، عَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ قوله: إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ يَعْلَمُ نَجْوَاهُمْ وَيَسْمَعُ كَلامَهُمْ، ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِكُلِّ شيْءٍ نَطَقُوا بِهِ سَيِّئٍ أَوْ حَسَنٍ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَى مَنْ تَنَزَّلُ الشَّيَاطِينُ
١٦٠٣٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الطَّائِيُّ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ: ذُكِرَ الْمُخْتَارُ، عِنْدَ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَقَالُوا: إِنَّهُ يَقُولُ: يُوحَى إليه فقال: صدق ثم تلى: هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَى مَنْ تَنَزَّلُ الشَّيَاطِينُ. تَنَزَّلُ عَلَى كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: تَنَزَّلُ عَلَى كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ
١٦٠٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَوْلُهُ: أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ كَذَّابٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ.
١٦٠٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الطِّهْرَانِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ فِيمَا كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أنبأ عبد الرزاق ابن هَمَّامٍ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ: كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ قَالَ: هُمُ الْكَهَنَةُ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ
١٦٠٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، ثنا شَبَابَةُ، ثنا وَرْقَاءُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَوْلُهُ: يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ الشَّيْطَانُ مَا سَمِعَهُ أَلْقَاهُ عَلَى كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ كَذَّابٍ.
١٦٠٤٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الطِّهْرَانِيُّ كِتَابَةً أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ يَعْنِي قَوْلَهُ: يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ قَالَ: هُمُ الْكَهَنَةُ يَسْتَرِقُ الْجِنُّ السَّمْعَ، ثُمَّ يَأْتُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ مِنَ الإِنْسِ.
١٦٠٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْهَرَوِيُّ، ثنا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ يُلْقُونَ السَّمْعَ الْقَوْلَ.
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَاذِبُونَ
١٦٠٤٥ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَنْبَأَ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قتادة قوله: وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَاذِبُونَ قَالَ: كَانَتِ الشَّيَاطِينُ يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ
