The Third Aspect:
16380 - Abu Zur'ah narrated to us, Safwan narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatadah, who said: A believer from among mankind, and his name was Asaf.
16381 - Muhammad ibn al-'Abbas narrated to us, 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Salamah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Yazid ibn Ruman, who said: They claim that Sulayman said: "I desire something faster than that." Asaf ibn Barkhiya, who was a truthful man (siddiq) who knew the Greatest Name, said to him:
16382 - It was mentioned from Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri, from his father, from al-Hakam, from a man, from Mujahid regarding his saying: "He who had knowledge from the Book," he said: His name was Ustum.
His saying, the Exalted: "Knowledge from the Book"
16383 - al-Hasan ibn 'Arafah narrated to us, 'Ammar ibn Muhammad, the nephew of Sufyan al-Thawri, narrated to me, from 'Uthman ibn Matar, from al-Zuhri, who said: He who had knowledge from the Book supplicated: "O our God and the God of everything, one God, there is no god but You, bring me her throne." He said: So it appeared before him.
16384 - Hajjaj ibn Hamzah narrated to us, Shababah narrated to us, Warqa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid regarding his saying: "He who had knowledge from the Book," the Name which, if one is called by it, He answers; and it is: "O Possessor of Majesty and Honor (Ya Dha al-Jalal wa al-Ikram)."
16385 - Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated to us, al-'Abbas ibn al-Walid al-Narsi informed us, Yazid ibn Zuray' narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah regarding his saying: "Said he who had knowledge from the Book," and he was a man from the Children of Israel who knew the Greatest Name of Allah, which if one is called by it, He answers.
His saying, the Exalted: "I will bring it to you"
16386 - 'Ali ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Abu al-Tahir narrated to us, Ibn Wahb informed me, Malik narrated to me, regarding this verse: "Said he who had knowledge from the Book: 'I will bring it to you'"—the throne of that woman—"'before your glance returns to you.'" He said: She was in Yemen, and Sulayman was in the Levant.
